International Food Data Conferences (IFDC) are held every two years, with the 9th IFDC in Norwich (UK) during September 2011.

There were keynote address from Prof. Judy Buttriss and Dr Paul Burrows and 12 different sessions ranging from different food nutrition, food composition databases and allergens. There was also a poster symposium and the publications from the Conference were compiled and published in a Special Issue of the Food Chemistry Journal.
